Our Story
The bedrock for MSK Construction was formed in 1986, when Patrick Murray began applying his trade as a finish carpenter to various projects in the metro NYC area. Patrick devised a number of his methods during this timeframe. In 2005, Patrick and Yisan So began working together, which led them to form a partnership with Terry Kong, and soon thereafter, MSK was launched. The common thread among the three? An unwavering commitment to transparency in communication and a foundational respect for high quality work.
Construction, particularly that of a new home, is a process laden with optimism, and unfortunately, oftentimes discord. Our goal at MSK is to take the mystery out of the complex process of building custom homes for discerning clients. We utilize a combination of time-honored techniques, along with the latest innovations in 3D rendering to simplify the process of turning dreams and ideas into physical reality of the highest production quality. Whether the challenge is how to reproduce ornate moldings for a townhouse restoration or create a light filled, LEED-certified suburban oasis, our team of in-house craftspeople and network of dedicated specialist artisans are up to the task.
